Shemetre is the President of National Integrated Strategic Solutions (NISS) LLC, which specializes in facility management. NISS is certified as a minority, woman-owned small business and an economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business. With personnel holding more than 60 years of combined expertise, Richmond's Cleaning Services was founded in 1997; when NISS was created, Richmond's Cleaning Service became part of its business line.

Shemetre brings over 30 years of experience as a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Engineer, providing overall technical guidance and coordination for process safety, loss prevention and risk management solutions to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Archie Richmond, our Vice President, has over 30 years of logistics and facilities management experience. His coaching background brings expertise in motivating employees to do their best while responding to a multitude of objectives. His tenured responsibilities have allowed him to work within different industries, giving him a wealth of knowledge on different processes.

Because of our experience, we bring new and innovative ideas, and possible challenges, to the table that clients would not have been able to see on their own.
